Espedienti is an informal quadraphony without preconditions.
Four uninfluenced, rarefied chapters: do not correct. Do not refine. Do not beautify.
Fiabe del fiume burns as slow-motion drift stuck in memory —
sluggish loops, deflated synths, drunk guitars recorded at dawn,
with the window open to the traffic outside.
Liquida lingua is an exercise in rupture: slurred words,
melted language over deliberately broken structures,
an emulsion of off-key verses with no refrain.
Incantesimi floats half-asleep in the blurred regions of a dreaming unconscious:
from its amniotic suspension, details surface —
faint outlines, snapshots soaked in soft melancholy.
Eroinomadi is a diary written at the edges of hope:
more musical in the classical sense, yet the most disjointed, dissolved, anesthetic:
these are dreams transcribed too late, a navigation in search of what we manage to express —
without maps, guided only by a sextant pointed straight at
the most vulnerable and wordless core of our sensitive experience.
Robert Bishop / Lilli composes and records using bare-bones tools and minimal tech. He moves along the
borders of the song form — somewhere between lo-fi, hallucinatory trap, sound poetry, and linguistic
derailments. His writing doesn't seek completion, but residue: like samples of dreams captured too late,
his notes prefer the crack to the polished surface. Together with various characters, Bishop builds an
intimate, faulty archive — different states of voice, memory, and noise.
Vulnerable music, not made to please, but to remain.
CARRO is a singer/songwriter who deconstructs languages and registers, blending them together with
eclectic references to craft an original yet surreal sound.
